| TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OUR EASY PAYMENT PLAN! |
We know how hard it is to come up with a full payment at the time that you book - that is why we have an easy payment plan to help you budget your weekend. When you register and make your $65 deposit, you will receive a payment coupon sheet that will divide your remaining balance into four equal payments. You may make these payments any way you choose, as long as the entire balance is paid 30 days prior to your weekend. In addition to checks and money orders, we accept Master Card, Visa, and Discover cards.

| CAN'T WE COME ON THURSDAY" YES YOU CAN!!! |
How many times have we been asked, "Can't we come on Thursday??" We are now going to honor these requests IF 6 or more people schedule to come. This will be a "non-pampering" Thursday - you may check in as early as 3 p.m. on Thursday. Thursday dinner and Friday lunch will be your responsibility, but we will serve a snack at 11 p.m. Thursday and a light Continental Breakfast will be set up in the cropping room on Friday morning. Your regular pampering will begin at the regular check-in time of 3 p.m. on Friday. There will be a hostess on site Thursday and Friday, and your regular team of hostesses will arrive Friday afternoon for the rest of the weekend. A nominal fee of $50 (no discounts or half-price for this day) will be added to your normal weekend fee of $280 for a total of $330. As noted above, six guests will be required to sign up in order for us to offer the Thursday check-in, or a minimum of $300.

Cropping Daze holds two fun parties each year - a celebration party for our anniversary each July (the closest weekend to July 12), and a grand celebration to bring in the new year. The weekends are filled with raffle prizes and special party treats on Saturday night.
Sorry, but this year's Sixth Anniversary party, the weekend of July 9-11, 2010, is now SOLD OUT.
However, it's not too early to reserve your spot for New Year's Eve. The dates for the New Year's Eve party/raffle weekend are December 31, 2010-January 2, 2011. There are 8 openings available. Make your reservation now and join in the fun!

| CROPPING DAZE HOLDS PRICES FOR 2010 |
In consideration of the economic climate of Michigan, we have decided to hold our prices for 2010 at the 2009 level, $280. Although expenses continue to escalate, we want our guests to be able to enjoy the same level of quality food and hospitality that you are accustomed to, at the same price as 2009. Deposits will continue to be $65, non-refundable, with full payment due 30 days before your arrival.

You asked for it, and we have now provided wireless internet access. Your laptop must have a wireless card to get on the internet. Our cropping room computer will remain off-line, so that more guests have a chance to journal and print their personal remarks. We hope you will enjoy having internet accessibility for your laptop computers.

| MASSEUSE AVAILABLE FOR EXTRA PAMPERING! |
The services of a masseuse are available to those guests who desire that extra little bit of pampering. The masseuse charges $1 a minute, and there is a minimum of 15 minutes. She will be available if 3 or more hours are booked. Payments for this service are between the guest and the masseuse at the time the service is rendered. She accepts cash and checks only.

| EARLIER FRIDAY CHECK-IN TIME - 3 P.M. |
In response to requests from past guests, we will now open the cropping room only at 3 p.m. so that you may bring in your things and get set up to scrapbook, quilt, sew, knit, chrochet, or bead. We will show you through the house proper and to your rooms at the regular check-in time of 5 p.m. This will allow you to get an earlier start, and it will still afford us the time to make the proper preparations for your weekend of pampering!

Maybe that special weekend you wanted to scrapbook is filled at the moment. That doesn't mean it can't reopen!! Many of us receive wedding invitations, someone becomes ill, or other special events in life crop up that we don't know about a year ahead of time. Occasionally, someone has to reluctantly cancel their weekend, and that may be good news for you! If the weekend you want is filled, ask to have your name placed on a waiting list. If the weekend opens up, you will have the first chance to book. Check the website often to see openings as they occur.

We are continually adding new tools for your cropping pleasure. We have recently added three new Sizzix machines - two for regular dies, and one for Sizzlette dies. We have also added a Sidekick machine,12" border dies, and embossing plates. These new tools are in addition to the computer with its journaling programs, rubber stamps, decorative scissors, embossing tools, templates, punches, and much more. We also have a large library of scrapbooking magazines and books.

| DATES OPENED |
We have opened a series of dates for which we have received no registrations or deposits. We apologize to anyone who had originally reserved these dates, but unless you follow through with the appropriate deposit and registration, we cannot hold these dates for you. Even with return guests, we have found ourselves with unfilled spots because we trusted they would come and they decided at the last minute not to attend. We hope you appreciate that we must meet our obligations, and therefore we must use our facility to capacity to accomplish this.

We are available for your weekend hobby or scrapbooking pleasure any time you desire, except Easter and Christmas weekends. Remember, you don't have to be a scrapbook enthusiast to visit Cropping Daze -we also welcome quilters, sewers, beaders, stampers, knitters, crocheters, etc.
